INTRODUCTION

 NIOSH started organizing its Annual Conference on Occupational Safety & Health (COSH) since 1998.  This is the 4th Annual COSH held at the national level, and the response received by the industries these past few years have been very encouraging.

COSH brings forth many key issues concerning occupational safety and health and the legal responsibility of employers in ensuring a safe and healthy working environment, highlighting the Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994 (OSHA).

COSH 2001 will be held on 7-8 August 2001with this year theme :OSH For SMIs, Solutions, Implementations & Productivity.
